Hong Kong Region (General Products)

Hong Kong Region (Frozen items)

Courier company: New HAVI Logistics (-18 degree frozendelivery)

Frozen food is only delivered to Hong Kong SAR area

Free shipping for frozen food orders over HK$450. If theorder is less than HK$450, a shipping fee of HK$45 will be charged.

Due to the need to use different transportation companies,all frozen foods cannot be shipped together with other general products, andthe amount of free shipping or shipping needs to be settled separately.Additional shipping charges apply, please note.

Shipping Handling Terms and Conditions:

For the terms and conditions of SF Express in Hong Kong andMacau, please refer to the SF Express website.

If the customer chooses the "HOT" EF Locker andfails to pick up the package within the first 24 hours after the SMS is sent,the Smart Locker Company will charge a service fee of HK$10 for "SF Retention Service " every24 hours thereafter. Fees will be accrued every 24 hours, and if the overtimeis less than 24 hours, it will be counted as 24 hours.

 Each order can onlybe shipped to one address. To ship items to different addresses, please placeseparate orders for different addresses.

The delivery service will be delayed when a gale signal ishoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in weatherconditions that we judge to be unsafe for delivery.

Generally, it will be processed and shipped within 4-5working days after the payment is confirmed. It depends on the inventory. Thedelivery time is office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm), publicholidays except.

 

Tracking / Change of Address

• After the order is confirmed, if you need to change theaddress, please arrange it through our Facebook customer service as soon aspossible. If there is any additional cost, the customer must pay by himself.

• If the customer fails to receive the package due topersonal reasons, please contact the courier company to make arrangements. Ifthe shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be cancelled andthe company may not issue a refund.

 

Liability and Terms

• We will deliver the products you ordered through our staffor third-party suppliers to the delivery address you provide. When the productis delivered to the delivery address you have provided, you must receive theproduct yourself (unless you have specifically instructed us to leave thedelivery item outside the door or at the lobby management office (you will beresponsible for such delivery) assume the risk of loss of the delivered productunder any circumstances). If for any reason you are unable to receive theproduct, we reserve the right to charge you an additional fee or to cancel yourorder with or without a refund.

• If you find that the product is damaged or deterioratedafter receiving the local order, please take a photo and send it to ourFacebook customer service. Our staff will follow up the investigation. If wefind that there is a problem with us, we can provide replacement or refundarrangements.

• Customers who place overseas orders shall bear the risk ofproduct delivery. If there is any problem after receiving the package, pleasecheck through Facebook customer service as soon as possible
